Payment is done via a bank transfer - You will be contacted via the office once your collection has taken place.

We can accept good condition: adults', children's and baby clothes, shoes, bags, bras, hats, belts, and other clothing accessories. Soft toys and teddies are also welcome in your collection bags, though payment for soft toys is only available at our drop-off points.
We also gratefully accept bed linen, towels, curtains, and bric-a-brac, though we're unable to provide payment for these items.
Unfortunately we cannot collect: duvets and pillows, carpets and rugs, glass, metal, CDs and DVDs, school uniforms and workwear, socks and underwear (unless new and unused), or items contaminated with animal hair, wet, or heavily soiled.
